Jimmy Montoya

I was first licensed and started working real estate in 1985, part-time. After graduating from Anderson's School of Management at the University of New Mexico in 1992, I worked for an engineering and research firm for six years. Then, in 1998 I returned to real estate and opened One Accord, first as an appraisal service, then as ONE ACCORD Realty. As a true dedicated Real Estate Professional for over 17 years, I am certain that my knowledge and experience gives my customers an educated advantage in negotiating their purchase of sale. My success is not measured on the volume of transactions or commissions... For me, it really is about the quality and integrity of my service and how I meet the specific needs of each customer.
