My association with Jo Ann Doyle developed when I relocated to NC from Greenville, SC. My realtor in Greenville referred me to Jo Ann and I will be forever thankful for the introduction. I have owned many homes in the past and I have worked with many realtors, but none can compare to the knowledge, dedication and the endless service that you will receive from Jo Ann. Jo Ann in my opinion is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with and the best in today's market. I rarely endorse an individual, but because of the service I received from Jo Ann Doyle I felt that it would be a disservice if I did not share my experience to others. If you need a realtor who knows the Charlotte area, who will work for you as if you were her only client, who will take care of ALL of the aspects of purchasing a home, who will work endlessly to make sure you as her client is always 100% informed and one who will find your dream home, then look no further than to Jo Ann Doyle.......she is the best!!

JoAnn is the epitome of professionalism. We relocated from Indianapolis to Charlotte and were given a relocation agent, who did not meet our expectations. We were referred to JoAnn from our realtor in Indiana and our first meeting was amazing. Without requesting, JoAnn was prompt, prepared and had all of the school district information available for the homes we were interested in. After only 3 weekends of searching, we found the home we wanted (which was actually the 2nd home was saw out of 25). JoAnn guided us through the North Carolina purchasing process and even recommended a great mortgage broker for us. (Deanna Valeo at Fairway Mortgage, they were great too)! How many realtors do you work with where they check on you even 2 months AFTER closing? She genuinely cares about her clients personally and will be the first to the house warming when everything is done!!

I found Jo Ann thru Internet search. The reason I choose her was her website presentation and the fact that she was an accountant in the past.I do not regret my choice. Jo Ann was always available to answer our questions. She followed up on all my requests: never left any stone unturned. Jo Ann comments helped us to focus on what was important to us in our house search and to identify the features we must have and those we can let go.In our case, the seller agreed to go significantly down in the selling price, but he required the closing in three weeks. Jo Ann organized the whole process. She recommended the mortgage specialist that processed our paperwork in such short time. All inspections were done right away; the lawyer was available. Everything went smoothly and we have been enjoying our house for seven months now.

Jo Ann Doyle was a pleasure to work with and is probably one of the most informed realtors in Charlotte. Being an ex-realtor in the Atlanta area I came to Charlotte with a huge check list of what I needed in a realtor and JoAnn provided all of my checklist and then her expertise was the icing on the cake. She was patient with us as we were looking in a very specific area for a very specific type of home and she guided us in the right direction when we found the perfect home and made sure we could call it OURS!!! I definitely refer anyone needing professional and expert assistance in selling or buying a home to Jo Ann Doyle...you will not be disappointed!
