Really nice agent, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Consistency is a plus, but I did not receive that. I feel as if I was the agent and my agent was the client. I did all the leg work. A lot of information I found out on my own. The next house I buy or sell I will use someone else, who value my time, opinion, needs and expectation.
