- Joan helped me buy a home
Joan is an agent who will help you buy a house. But she is not very transparent and doesn’t think of buyers interest while representing them. She is very transactional and just want to close a deal. Please don’t use the inspection agents recommended by her. Once the deal is done, she never tries to maintain relationships.
