Our experience with Tara was incredible, from start to finish. The search for the right realtor was important to us, as this was our first experience with making a cross country move. We had multiple interactions via phone and online before we were able to make the trip and meet in person. She prepared everything in advance to make our one week in town efficient. When the houses on the market werent the perfect fit, she was flexible with her time in helping us revisit homes with contractors, talk through out of the box options and got to work looking for homes that werent yet on the market and would hopefully fit our needs. In doing so, she was able to get us into the perfect home for us as soon as we possibly could and ended up writing the offer that was accepted without any counters that same day. She has been excellent with communicating throughout the closing process from afar, helped do the walk through for us and overseeing an unexpected repair. We consider Tara a friend after all that she has done and would recommend her to anyone!

From beginning to end, they lowered my level of anxiety, especially since we moved before placing the house on the market. Daryn Vucelik and the Joan Kelly Group get 5 stars only because 6 stars isnt an option. This team is AWESOME. I was selling my fathers home in Sun City after he passed away, which wouldve been a daunting task since I live 10 hours away. The team of Daryn, Joan and Marcus made it so easy. Their superior knowledge of the market and ability to get a home shown and sold is just the tip of the iceberg. They functioned as my general contractor for several home improvement projects that needed done. They helped me clear the house, with a significant number of items going to a consignment outlet that generated real value for the estate and virtually everything else going to local charities that I never wouldve been able to find on my own. Almost nothing went into the trash. Trying to do this myself wouldve cost me thousands and thousands of dollars - missed work, travel expenses, third party services, and more. The Joan Kelly Group did it all. Im sure there are plenty of people who find themselves in a similar position after the loss of a parent, especially in Sun City - absolutely every one of them should call the Joan Kelly Group. I cannot say strongly enough how exceptional this group is. Five stars and then some!

Gerri Pravetz at The Joan Kelly Group/Keller Williams Realty has been a breath of fresh air to our Sun City Hilton Head Experience! Being from NY and not knowing S.C. very well Gerri helped us immensely all along the way! She even took pics of our new construction and sent them to us as our house was being built! 2 years later she continues to be a resource for us with questions we have and never ignores a request even while she is away on vacation out of the country (We didn't know she was!).
