I met Joan at an Open House she was hosting. We struck up conversation and I ended up enlisting her to sell my home and help me find a new one. She brought a professional photographer who took beautiful photos of my property and turned those into a great brochure. Joan held open houses, brought several prospects and a qualified buyer. Additionally she was always available to take me to see listings whenever I called and she was always happy and professional. I decided not to sell and move but when the time comes to sell, I will definitely call Joan again. She truly cares about her clients and knows the area really well. She also has the patience of a saint!

Joan worked hard to get agents/buyers to look at the house. Professional pictures instead of snap shots from a broker's camera made for a better on-line listing. When a sale was close she worked with the buyer's agent to close the deal which worked out for all parties. Overall a great experience thus I would highly recommend and use again in the future

You could not ask for a better Agent, before I signed with Joan Mc Gowan I had 2 other agents that promised the world and did nothing for me. My son and I were co-owner on a house, because of divorce he had to sell it, years later the mortgage was more than we could get for the house. Thanks to Joan she put us in touch with wonderful people who were able to get us qualified for a short sale. (This means the bank agrees to accept less money for the house and we are excused from the mortgage) It would have been a nightmare if it wasnt for all her hard work getting this completed. Not only did she sell my house she sold my buyers house and was able to coordinate the complete move. That was in 2014. In 2016 I asked her to list my moms house, we had such issues with people low balling our price but Joan ended up getting us a lot more than we expected. You couldnt ask for a more dedicated hard working agent, I would highly recommend her.
