Joan was wonderful to work with. After a couple of showings she knew not only what things we were looking for in a house but also what tastes and preferences we had and how we would feel about the house and the neighborhood. Joan very detailed and knows what her clients want. She is available to meet her client need. She will put you and get you into that Perfect Home. She is friendly she listens to what you want and what you want to spend. If you dont like the house she moves on quickly. She is not pushy. My husband and I love the way she do business.

Even before we moved to Michigan, she was helpful in sending MLS options that met our criteria for a house, as well as calling to keep in touch and inquire of our needs. She was very professional and showed us respect regarding our needs/desires for a house. She was friendly and personable, always helpful, never "pushy".
