We initially were looking at purchasing an older home outside of New Braunfels in the Hill Country area. This was complicated in that we lived almost 300 miles from the area we wished to purchase in. We gave Beau the criteria we desired in the new home and Beau sent us numerous listing from which we selected to see in person. We had a very detailed idea of what we wanted in the house in terms of curb apperance, size and property. During the process of looking at many listings, we decided it would be best to built a new home with all the features we wanted.
