Rich/Haney group are extremely knowable on preparing and staging a house to place on market. Had 11 showing in 4 days and went under contract on the 4th day. Made the selling process a breeze. Walked me through every step, explaining in detail how everything worked.

He always made himself available to answer any questions that we had and guided us through the entire process letting us know what to expect and what the next steps would be.
