Joseph Hafner

Joe Hafner has been active in real estate for more than 25 years as an agent, investor, coach, consultant, and team leader. As the Broker/Owner of Hafner Real Estate, Joe has built systems to deliver the best real estate experience possible to our clients and customers. One of Middle Tennessee’s foremost experts on distressed property, Joe has extensive experience on complicated transactions and how to get them closed. The co-author of two real estate-related books, Sell It Yourself (Adams Media), and Real Wealth by Investing in Real Estate (Prentice Hall), Joe has coached, and in several cases been a part of, some of the most successful real estate teams in North America. He was recognized as one of the top Realtors in the country when he was named a StarPower Star in 2008. A resident of Middle Tennessee since 2000, Joe currently lives in Rockvale with his wife Ruth. In addition to his real estate books, Joe has also written three novels.
