Joe was an absolute blast to work with. We were nervous about our first home purchase and Joe alleviated all fears from the very beginning with his "I will take care of this for you" attitude. We had a long negotiation period and many back and fourths with the seller and Joe fought for us the whole time, ending up with a great price on the home and a well negotiated closing.
