Joe Noll

My experience with Joe was horrible. He sold the home to me while representing the buyers finding them a place, so he was a dual representative and I got the short end of the stick. He wrote up the extended purchase and sell agreement so the sellers was able to live in my home after closing 2 weeks without paying. When there was less than 5 days before I was going to take possession he text me concerned that the sellers new place was not appraising so they didn't have a place to move to and that I should consider a contingency plan. That was on a Sunday, the seller was suppose to had over possession that Friday. They had moved nothing as of that Monday. I texted them a copy of the extended agreement that it stated I take possession that Friday. Friday came and they did not get everything completely moved which was fine, however, they never had the home professionally cleaned like the purchase and sale agreement stated. Joe did not walk through with me, didn't have any face to face looking inside the house. I hauled off the garbage on the front lawn for $90.00. The sellers gave me $40.00 so I asked for the additional $50.00 from them. He would say I got a great deal, however, it is a maintenance and repair nightmare as he never suggested I get a home inspection. That the FHA inspection would detect any real issues.
