Joe Pascale

My experience with Joe Pascale was great! First time I used Joe's services when selling condo in Central Phoenix in 2009 and then selling house in San Tan Valley in 2011. Both sales were the short sales after we both, my husband and I lost our jobs. It was very easy process for us thank to Joe. He did all negotiations with banks, found buyers and did all the paperwork. I am very grateful to Joe for helping us to get rid of debts associated with unpaid mortgages! After 4-year period of very hard times, my husband got job overseas which allowed us to collect some money for down payment/buying house. As soon as this opportunity arose I contacted Joe asking him to find small and affordable house for two of us. Joe showed us a few houses and we chose the one where we live now. It is beautiful 1400 sq. feet house where we enjoy living. Because we both are retired now and live on the Social Security Benefits only, it was challenging for us to pay mortgage, and we decided to go with Reverse Mortgage. Once again Joe helped us to correct amount of the house appraisal by giving us advice what should be added to the house value that was not included into the appraisal amount. It helped us to save at least $3,000. I also know that, if I need Joe's advice regarding any real estate issues, I can contact him at any time. I cannot express how much we both appreciate Joe's help. Joe is not only high professional in Real Estate industry, but he is the Man you can rely on, who keeps his word, and he is the person with great personality! First of all I want to thank Joe Pascale for his help with selling our properties and purchasing home for us! We know Joe since 2009 when we needed help with selling our condo in Central Phoenix. Then in 2011 Joe helped us to sell house in Queen Creek. We went through very difficult times after losing our jobs and had to sell everything to survive. After working overseas for a couple of years we were able to purchase house. We contacted Joe asking to help us find affordable house. And again Joe was very helpful. He found a very nice small house.. Besides that, Joe recommended financial organization where we obtained the lowest possible mortgage interest rate. We both are retired now, but, while my husband was working as a Program Manager, we moved a lot within USA and we had to deal with many real estate agents, and Joe is the best real estate agent we ever met! I know that I can rely on Joe's advice any time when I need it. Thank to Joe we live in the house we love, and every time looking around my house I think about Joe with very warm thoughts.
