Russell BodenhamerJohn and Kenna Arnold met with us to do a walk through of our house when we contacted them about selling. Very knowledgeable in what is trending in the housing market. Very honest about what our house could list for as is. Also gave us some very valuable information about how we could possibly increase our selling price with a few minor updates such as painting some interior walls and possibly changing out some hardware on cabinets and upgrading appliance. Took their advice on a few of these things and John and Kenna were able to set us up with the right people to help us get the job done. When we were done with a few of the updates to our house, John and Kenna came in and helped stage our house for maximum appeal. They did an outstanding job. When our house hit the market, John and Kenna communicated to us quite frequently the activity we were having on our house. They were always available to take our calls and answer any questions of concerns throughout this whole process. Had several open houses, and within sixty days we had an offer on our house and couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than John and Kenna Arnold. Would highly recommend them to anyone who that is thinking about selling or purchasing a home. Great experience!

The number one skill of a great agent is the ability to communicate effectively and to make the customer feel comfortable and appreciated. We have worked with John Arnold for several years and he has always returned our phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. We have called and wanted to look at properties on short notice and he was ALWAYS willing to set up and meet us to see the properties ASAP. John has strong marketing skills. The pictures and flyers they made for our home were beautiful and professional. We finally found a home in the specific location that we had been looking at for quite some time. John had the patience to persevere the process with us since we were so limited with our very specific location, size, and most importantly the price. He has excellent people and networking skills. He is very knowledgeable about comps and correct pricing to get buyer/seller results. His inspector provided a very thorough, high quality, home inspection and provided us with electronic and a hard copy report which included pictures of the property we purchased. It was user friendly, easy to understand AND the inspector and John went through the report step by step.We would definitely use John Arnold again for any of our future real estate needs. We have recommended him to our friends and relatives and they have used him recently as well.

Helped us buy our first home. I can't say enough good things about our experience. My wife and I worked with John Arnold personally and he couldn't have made the process of buying our first home any easier. Being new to this, he answered any questions we had, was great with his time and willingness to show us houses, he pointed things out when we were in the home, gave advice but wasn't pushy and let us ultimately make the decision. The rest of his team and the associates with Keller Williams made the fairly confusing paperwork process much better. They were quick to respond to emails or phone calls and explained any questions I had to help us better understand what we were signing and what to expect once we closed on the house. Everyone we worked with during the process was very friendly and helpful throughout. We don't plan to move anytime soon, but once we do we'll be calling John and Keller Williams again.
