Mr. Elliot does not represent the properties that he sells accurately. For instance, he is selling a US Forest Service Special Use Cabin (# 11 in Descanso, CA) and listing it as a "home" when in fact it is under Special Use permit and cannot be considered as a full time residence. Call the US Forest Service Descanso Ranger District Office at 619-445-6235 to find out the details of owning one of the Recreation Residences.
