- John listed and sold my home
John was an excellent realtor. He made the process of selling our old home and buying a new one quite pleasurable. He was always willing to answer any of the questions we had and even went out of his way to help us with home warranty problems 8 months after our house closed. I highly recommend John Ervin to anyone for an A+ experience.
- John helped me buy a home
John worked around my busy schedule. John returned your phone calls promptly, and he answered all my concerns. When finding and looking at the home, John gave advice and even had recommendations on how to fix, build, repair the home. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I go to sell my home in the future, he will be one I call upon.
