I've spent a lot of time in classes and the field to gain experience and knowledge in a wide variety of real estate topics. I really enjoy helping people get out of difficult situations and into profitable ones. By generating and evaluating many different options, we can often get a good idea what is the best course to follow for the unique individuals current situation and their goals for the future. It's not always obvious what is best for each person. It's essential that I get to know them and then apply my knowledge to figuring out the options and putting numbers on them, explaining them to the person and mutually agreeing on an action plan. I'm just not interested in the cookie cutter approach because it's boring and in many cases, we can do much better.
