- John helped me buy a home
Jack is an amazing realtor to work with. I was clueless where to even start as this was my first time purchasing a home. He is very knowledgable and provided me with all the information/education I needed and explained the process in a way I could understand. He is also very up to date and was very honest from the beginning about how the market is right now and how/which things were different from typical times. Jack has great open availability, it honestly felt like he dropped whatever he was doing whenever I wanted to see a house- not to mention I think we might of hit every suburb of Rochester in 1 day at some point. He made buying my first house the least amount stressful as it possibly could be. I would definitely recommend Jack if you are looking to purchase or sell a house!

Jack has worked with my husband and the last 2 homes that were sold, and I can honestly say he is the most knowledgeable honest realtor we ever had. Although this Sellers market is intense and each offer was hard to see other’s go over market value, Jack held our hand the whole way and backed us up on why we should put in an offer at that value and that escalated number. His patience, his compassion for us, and our goals that were validated by him truly shows that he cares about his clients just as much as he cares about selling. If you need a realtor that is truly honest and compassionate you should definitely call him.

Jack is the Man!!!! He listed our home in this crazy market, and didn’t just take any offer, he educated my wife and I on today’s market, and held our hand the whole way. Not one time of day he didn’t answer our call, or get frustrated with questions, his postive coaching and expertise in the market and his experience really showed how confident he was in selling our home. His heart for others are shown as well, as he donates a portion of his commission to the Golisano Children’s Hospital. I can’t tell you enough how caring and intuitive he was with us in this selling process and creating a bond with us! Call him you won’t regret!

Jack helped my parents buy a home, during this hard time through covid, he never failed to under deliver. He has worked with my parents for a while facetiming and adapting to today’s market challenges and recent marketing activity. Their stress levels were high in the beginning but as we progressed with Jack, We truly understood why the offers we put in related to the competition and comfort they truly felt that would proceed with. His expertise in the market and outstanding expanding knowledge in everything from giving us advice in who to use for maintenance and what would be safe, helped them a ton. If you want someone in the business who’s not just trying to get a sale and truly knows the market in and out you can count on him!!! His Mom has also been in the business before him, He loves what he does!

I met Jack at an open house and kept his card. When I got ready to get serious, he was the first one I thought of. He quickly found some great listings and accommodated our viewing schedule, giving up both Saturdays and Sundays in the process. He was very responsive and just great to work with. We love our new home and would highly recommend Jack to anyone who is searching.

Jack's knowledge and experience took an impossible dream and made it our reality. He did his research to price compare a unique property and was able to suggest an offer that wouldn't be refused. The seller accepted our offer and stopped the house from going to auction. We were not able to move in for 4 years, but we are in now and couldn't be happier. Jack always knows his stuff and does his research. If we ever need to move again we will use him. We recommend him to everyone we know.

If not for Jacks professionalism, responsiveness, and skill, plus his deep and significant knowledge of the area we would have lost out. Lots of realtors like to say they do all this, but Jack actually lives by it.He gave us expert guidance and thoroughly answered our questions, making us feel important enough to always work us in, no matter what he was doing. No question was too insignificant. Jack listened carefully, and had the remarkable ability to interpret our wishes (even the ones that we had some trouble defining) to scout good prospects for us to look at. He was patient with us and considerate of our not being able to physically be there to look The filters he set generated good prospects and no time-wasters. We asked for and got, three complete walk-throughs of the house we purchased. He knew what to look for, asked clarifying questions of us and actually referred to our priorities throughout the process. Did we say enough times that he actually LISTENS? He is aces on that!He was generous with his time and tireless in his assistance to us.
