John Leonardi is a wonderful realtor to work with. He has helped me with two transactions over the last 10 years, both with contingencies, and was great at making a stressful situation as easy as possible. John kept me informed along the way and was always great at answering any questions I had and balancing being an advocate for me but also being realistic about the situation. He is highly knowledgeable and if needed, I would absolutely choose to work with him again in the future.

Ive known John Leonardi for about 9 years. He is a great guy and one of the most knowledgeable real estate agents in the business. You cant go wrong with John representing your interests when buying or selling real estate. John Leonardi is a SPECTACULAR real estate agent, who worked tirelessly to get us our dream house that already had another buyer locked in!! We saw this house come onto the market but within 4 hours of the listing it already had an offer. Over the course of months (it was a short sale), John diligently monitored the status of the home and finally saw an opportunity to get our offer on the table. Within a short amount of time, our offer was accepted. We owned the home less than 30 days after that!

After our initial negotiations fell through, wed given up on the house; however unbeknownst to us, John was working hard behind the scenes on reviving that deal. And it worked! John then helped us navigate lengthily contract negotiations with a sellers agent who appeared less than honest (note: this was our impression, John never spoke an unprofessional word). We appreciated Johns style of keeping us updated on the big things as well as checking-in when time had past and there were no significant updates to report. John was alert to certain language used in the contract that favored the seller and seemed to always be looking out for our best interests. When we discovered that the seller had attempted to conceal a known history of water damage and that the sellers agent was aware of this damage and also failed to report it, John went to bat for us by protecting our interests. We were so lucky to have him on our side. His knowledge and expertise is what got us into our dream home without making costly errors not just at the time of sale, but for years to come.
