I wanted to say THANK YOU to John Martin for being a friend, and my Realtor in my recent Transaction. John was always willing to go that extra mile when called upon. I wish to thank him for being that extra handy man when I couldnt be at the walk through for the blue tape inspection for flaws anywhere in the new home and always willing and able to lend a hand even with documents my lender was asking for when I had trouble getting them to her in a timely fashion. John was the MAN and I would DEF Highly recommend him for anyone looking for Realtor!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Lisa and John as our realtors. They worked with our very unusual work and time schedule. We have a 4 yr. old who they were not only tolerant of her boisterous personality, but they were genuinely kind to her. Lisa helped make sure that the lay out of the home was inviting. She even had some "props" to add to the home. John and she discussed what needed to be removed and what could stay as far as pictures and other nick knacks. They advised us when the best time to place the home on the market, and when we chose not to go with that month and delay by two months, they were graciously accepting of the decision. When we were ready, John had all the numbers pulled for the market and the neighborhood. He was there for the inspector. He helped make sure that the contract was in our favor. The first offer fell through due to a financial issue on the other side. However, John and Lisa maneuvered the home back on the market the next day. It was off the market by night fall. The house sold for full price!!! We could not be happier. Although the first offer did not go through, I think it is a testament to Lisa and John for helping us not get discouraged and for helping us make a great sale. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better Team to sell our home. Lisa and John Martin were amazing to work with, delivered quick results, and outstanding customer service.
