John Mcgeown

A Chicago native and longtime North Side resident, John joined Jameson in 2008 with an extensive background in selling and leasing apartment properties. With a large network of contacts, he built his business almost exclusively on referrals and started a property management company to meet the increasing demand from his clients. His growing management portfolio now includes more than 450 units in 30 buildings and his geography of expertise extends from Rogers Park to the South Loop and west to Logan Square. Based on his experience and market knowledge, John's specialty is working with clients to identify investment properties where he can advise on how to maximize profits, analyze pricing, and recommend floor plans and design best suited for the building to increase rental rates and improve overall condition of the property.
