John is the best! He told us what we had to do before we took pictures and listed it. We followed directions and was under contract within a week! Not only that, we went under contract on our new home the same day! He was so understanding and dealt with my anxieties like a champ. Did I tell you we closed on both houses on the same day as well?!! He said we could do it, and we did. He is very confident, and he has every right to be. We are so happy to have made this journey with him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
