I spent the majority of my career in and around construction, and new home neighborhoods, from all different positions throughout the process. Starting in high school as an hourly laborer, swinging a hammer, on to managing the warranty process through, and after completion of the build. I have had the training to be able to notice, and point out to customers things in a home, that most agents today would miss.
