Just closed a deal with John Saunders. Start to finish 19 days to complete the FHA loan. The house was difficult and needed multiple repairs this wasn't the easiest deal and yet John got it together 13 days ahead of schedule. Unbelievable!!

Extremely happy!!!!!!!!! Sold my home without a for sale sign upfront, it only took 2 months and I was out. Then I bought another home and it went smooth. These people dont mess around.
