John and Lisa got us a record high price of$174,000 on our home utilizing an "Appraisal Escalator clause" and their incredible aggressive marketing plan. Not only were we able to sell our home in Livonia for a record breaking price, but we were able to buy below market in Northville since our house ended up appraising for $340,000. They guided us through every step of the process and along with our mortgage agent, were able to close both homes in a month which was in time for our daughter's first birthday in the new house!

I live 3k miles away from the house that was being sold, it turned out to be one nightmare after another after tenants didn't pay rent and stole appliances and damaged house but John went well above and beyond handling everything that I wasn't able to living so far away, calling and meeting contractors, inspectors and getting everything fixed and ready in order to just get it listed and then sold it asap, I highly recommend John and Lisa Marker for anyone looking to sell there house.
