Today the seller of the home we purchased with the services of the Byers Team came by our new home to drop off mail. We chatted for some time as she answered questions about the house which was owned by her mother. Before she left she made a point of telling us why she chose our offer on the house over one that had been submitted before ours. She said, Your realtor was outstanding. All the paperwork was thoroughly completed leaving nothing to be questioned. He was readily available when needed. This was not the case with the realtor for the other offer. We are incredibly happy we used the Byers Team as our real estate agents. Because of John and Marcys expertise and professionalism the process was a great experience from beginning to end. They showed us over 25+ homes and really listened to our likes and concerns and adjusted their showings based on what we said.
