About 3 months ago I was looking at these same reviews thinking to myself do I really need a real estate agent, I can do this on my own I already know where I want to live, he's probably just going to be pushy and not have my interest in mind, I don't even know this guy how can I trust he will help me make a sound decision. This was my first home and Johnny seriously wiped all of these concerns away. There aren't many genuine people in this world nowadays but I can confidently say Johnny genuinely wants to help however he can. He was there for all the typical milestones that agents should be like contracts, title, final walk, closing but what stood out to me is how he was literally with us the whole time every step he always answered my call/text his commitment to his clients is unwavering. Here are the highlights of my experience. We definitely took our time probably viewed 30-50 homes and most of them were 1hr one way. Johnny drove me around most of the time I appreciate his patience while searching for the right area and home. He was also extremely knowledgable and talk me out of getting a home that was close to a street that would become busy in there future due to a growing market. The home would be worth 10% less if I ever sold, refinanced, or listed it for rent. After that I said ok I got my moneys worth lol, but wait theres more we were able to negotiate the price down 3k which doesn't sound like much but when factoring in interest paid over the course of the loan it actually saved me 120k. Since close I have been told that when negotiating with builders on new build they never drop price. The most surprising part is after we closed and received the keys Johnny came to our apartment and helped me load a 26ft Uhaul honestly this was probably the most appreciated thing that he helped with because as we all know moving in August in Phoenix sucks. Johnny was great and helpful. At first I was nervous, putting our home in the market. But our house sold immediately so we were happy. When it comes to selling house or buying a house, you need a realtor, who is a go-getter and quick to respond with any questions that come up and Johnny was that person. We will definitely use him again near in the future.

Strongly encourage trusting your real estate adventure with Johnny. He was completely transparent with me and cut to the chase on everything I needed to know, most of which I didn't even know I needed to know in the first place. Being in sales myself, I appreciate seeing professional sales people who you can tell are genuine and don't put an act just for a check. Johnny is still helping me out after the sale by checking on the house for me and moving packages inside when they deliver. I am looking forward to bringing future business his way and encourage you to do the same.
