I am an out-of-state real estate investor and was seeking a realtor willing to be my eyes and ears. Jon Patrick has not disappointed. I recently placed an offer on a single family home in Charlotte - sight unseen. Jon drove to the property, took video of the surrounding neighborhood and video of the inside of the home with detailed narration. Then he did his homework and provided me with comps and other information in order for me to make an informed decision. Once in contract, not only did he save me money during inspections, but he stood in for me during inspections reporting back to me in great detail. Additionally, he provided me with all the information required to rent my new property, including contact information for utility companies and property managers. All in all, the entire process was seamless and we closed quickly.Communication is very important to me, and Jon has not disappointed there either. He is always quick to respond. His tireless efforts, integrity, honesty and great communication skills are refreshing in a world of lackadaisical R.E. agents in North Carolina. I know because I have gone through a couple. what more could I say other then WOW.....Jon is what everyone DREAMS of when selling your home. He could come to us at work if we couldn't meet him at other times.
