Jonathan Bowman is a Senior Real Estate Broker who has been in the Real Estate industry since the year 2000 and has a Master of Business Administration in Business Management. Jonathan completes over 250 evaluations per month for large banking institutions like Fannie Mae, Bank of America and Chase. The evaluations that Jonathan completes are valued by the banking institutions as they use them to determine how to price their homes and whether or not to accept offers from buyers based on the market values and trends that Jonathan provides. Jonathan is a trusted agent by large financial institutions to provide excellent market knowledge and superior marketing tactics to get homes sold. He currently lists and sells fair market, short sales and REO´s (bank owned properties) for lenders. He also enjoys assisting buyers to find the home that best fits them.
