Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jonathan’s interest in real estate started at an early age as a second generation real estate consultant and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in CA. He has tailored his services to fit each of his clients unique requirements, advocating them in all aspects of real estate from first home purchases, to investment property acquisitions and sales, and new development management and marketing. Nearing a decade of real estate experience, he is grateful for the opportunity to successfully broker and close aggregate transactions of over $200M+ for his clients in 200+ transactions, specializing in new home development to marketing and sales management. He is involved in multiple SF real estate development projects with approx. $200M in value, and also leads an asset management division which services over 115 rental income properties for his clients.
