Pursell Realty “The 1-stop shop for all your real estate needs” My husband and I were looking for a new house for our family on the North Shore. We are moving from Lower St. Bernard Parish. We found a listing on Realtor.com. I went out to the property and I was so excited about it, I called the number on the agent’s sign. I must say it was 7:45 am. Jonathan Pursell answered with a smile. I explained I was at the property and wanted to setup a showing. He offered to meet me back at the property that evening. Here is where our story begins. (it is worth the read) Jonathan was prompt and very personable when he arrived. He was knowledgeable about the area. He was willing to take the time to answer all my questions (I came with a 3-page list). Any answer he didn’t have at the tip of his fingers he documented on his laptop with a promise of a follow-up. He wasn’t there just to let me in and look around the property, he was a wealth of knowledge. He also is not pushy. I never felt pressure to make a decision. He gave me some space and just let me take my time and soak it all in. After a 2 hours initial meeting we had come to a verbal contingent agreement. What impressed me about my first impression of Jonathan is that he listened carefully to my situation. Every home buyer has a story and a history. He was genuinely interested in helping me. He represented his seller with the utmost professionalism. I also felt he was representing me though, because he was listening to my situation and he immediately started offering advice about how to proceed and what I needed to do to start the process of getting approved for a loan to purchase the home. In fact, I felt he represented his seller so well, I asked him to sell our home and house lot for us. He gave us advice and direction on what we needed to get started on that process as well. I am not going to give Jonathan’s trade secrets away, I will advise you if your buying or selling a home or both Jonathan is a 360 agent. He has his client’s best interest at heart! He is an agent with integrity. Personally, I feel that is hard to come by in the “sales industry”. My husband and I couldn’t be happier that we had the pleasure of doing business with Jonathan and Pursell Realty! He made it possible for our daughter to come home from her summer in Maine and have a new home to welcome her too. If you’re looking for a professional, caring agent that will take the time to make you feel secure in your decision, supported during the process and reliable, then Jonathan Pursell and Pursell Realty is the right choice for you.
