We were being relocated by CARTUS and decided to use Team Silva to handle the sale of our home. We have the best home in our gated community and were trying to get the best price possible. He had his professional photography team over here to take some great photos and drone video that really made our home stand out and showed the unique differences that helped us get a price higher than we thought was possible. Another thing that really impressed us was the way he helped us take care of the repairs that the buyer requested after they got their inspector over there. We were a little worried, but he got it done very economically and quickly with no hassle. When I left the home vacant, he continued to watch over it and make sure that everything was alright with the home and ready for the buyer when escrow closed.
