This guy is amazing. All of our friends had told us that opting for a contingency sale was a horrible idea. But with Jonathan's help we were able to purchase the very first home for which we put in an offer while still getting more than asking price on the home we sold. Jonathan always went out of his way to ensure that we knew exactly what was going on with our sale/purchase. While he is very knowledgeable and professional, what's even nicer is how good he is at explaining complicated scenarios in such a way as to make everything completely understandable. He went above and beyond to make sure that our transaction was as smooth and comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
