From the start, I had a good rapport with Jordan. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very responsive. He's also a really nice guy. It made the escrow period very easy, and allowed us to work through issues that could have been difficult had I been dealing with someone different. I'd be more than happy to work with him again, and recommend him highly, especially for people who might be new to the process and need the extra care and attention that he can provide in a very easy going, no pressure environment.

Jordan and the team at Good Bones are amazing! I live out of state and needed a quick sale on a house I owned in North Hollywood. Not only did they facilitate a fast, efficient sale, but they handled a ton of odds and ends I couldn't get to with living out of the area, including landscaping and post inspection repair work. I couldn't be happier and the icing on the cake was Jordan was able to achieve an even higher sale price than expected. Cha-Ching!
