Originating from Chicago Illinois, Jordan Weingrad moved to Texas in 2005 where he set his sites high on pursuing a college football scholarship with the hopes of eventually making it to the NFL. First, he attended Saddleback Junior College in Mission Viejo, California then ending his career at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. It was time to hang up the cleats and put to use the work ethic and dedication he developed from football and translate it to the real world.
Jordan immediately started pursing his passion and getting involved in real estate. Excited to join the family business he was hired by his father, Mike Weingrad, developer at Crown Ranch Development in Montgomery County Texas. Jordan urgently began learning the ins and outs of real estate sales as well as land development.
