Jordyn Woolcott

I found Jordyn through the recommendation of a co-worker of mine. I knew nothing about what was needed to buy a home; I always thought it was outside of my reach. Jordyn helped us every step of the way. She referred me to a mortgage company that she works with regularly, We worked through our approval process and she kept in touch the whole time. Before we went looking at homes we met and she explained to me each step, what to expect, what our needs, wants and loves would b for our first home. She sent options that fit our needs. She always made herself available to see a home we were interested in even with the shortest of notice! She bridged all communications between the mortgage company, the inspectors, the seller’s agent and me. Through this whole exciting ( but scary ) process was seamless. A call, email or text never went unanswered! (and believe me I sent many! ) I am most grateful that she helped me find the home that was RIGHT for us ( not just the first home we kinda liked ) I highly recommend Jordyn
