Joe Mayol

Joe helped me to sell my house in 2003 when our family outgrew our home. He found me the perfect home which had the room our growing family needed. I have 5 children, my wife and I needed room to grow. In November of 2004 my father was diagnosed with cancer, the doctors gave him only a few months to live. My wife and I reached out to Joe for help in finding another home which would be suitable for my parents to come live with us. As my father lived out his last days, his main concern was for my mother to be taken care of. Joe found us a beautiful ranch home on 2 acres which allowed us room to build my parents a small house in the back so that my father would be comforted that my mother would be taken care of. We closed escrow in March 2005, and are still in our home, today. Joe has the experience, expertise, vision and knowledge to help you find and buy what you need. His knowledge of the current market conditions is evident by his ability to sell our homes in a timely manner in order for us to be able to buy what we needed. I am going to retire in a few years and when I am ready, Joe will be the agent who will sell our home. For all OUR real estate needs, Joe will always be the agent that we turn to.
