Valarie Espenschied is an outstanding realtor! She is the only realtor I have ever encountered who points out things about the property you are viewing that you should be aware of, and which can prevent you from making a costly mistake!!! More realtors should do this, instead of just hurrying you to make a decision, so they can make a sale. I will go to Valarie again because of her honesty and expertise!!!
