Jose is truly amazing to work with. Being an experienced homebuyer and working in the real estate field myself I met dozens of agents before, and without any exaggeration, I can say that Jose is the best agent I met so far. He is just outstanding. My husband and I met Jose as an agent, representing the seller of a property that we knew was our dream house - something that we were looking for many years. It was also clear that the transaction was not going to be the easiest one as it involved a group of out-of-state sellers, and the house needed repairs to be eligible for a mortgage and title issues. From my experience, most agents would simply convince the owners to sell the property to an all-cash buyer for a lower price just to avoid all these headaches and get their check faster. Just on contrary, Jose turned out to be truly passionate about his job and dedicated to putting as much effort in a transaction as it was necessary to help his clients to accomplish their goals, even when it meant going an extra mile for him as an agent. What we found amazing about Jose is how honest, thoughtful and hardworking he is, how carefully he listens to all the parties, thinks out of the box and offers solutions to reflect everybodys interests and to make the transaction work. I dont think that our deal could have possibly closed if not for Joses help and determination. He truly went out of his way to make it happen - from helping to negotiate the structure of the transaction with the sellers to communicating with the attorneys and helping to get multiple documents that were needed to clear the title. The same way, on the personal side, I dont have enough words to express how friendly, supportive, and patient Jose has been throughout the whole process. Working with him truly felt like we have a friend and partner in the game. Even now that we closed and moved in the house Jose is still giving us invaluable advice about the neighborhood, local builders, and helps all the possible ways he can.We feel so lucky to have met Jose and definitely recommend him as a number one agent to work with to anyone seeking help in buying or selling a home.
