    • Don't let Josie's endearing personality and small stature fool you. When it comes to getting her client's what they want, she is like a pit-bull. In my case, what I wanted was a short-sale of my PB condo. If not for her tenacity and meticulous record keeping of all written and verbal communication in dealing with the bureaucratic difficulties (and mistakes) presented by my primary lender, my condo would have been sold at auction several times. She moved mountains to prevent this from happening. Her negotiating skills also save the day when my secondary lender almost killed the deal when they increased the settlement amount they were willing to accept. Her never-say-die attitude lifted my spirits whenever it looked as though there was no way of overcoming the obstacles put in our way so many times. I feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Josie to me.

    • Josie is THE Best. I found a 450-unit complex where I wanted to buy. There were only a few units for sale and none of those units met my criteria. She sent postcards to the owners of units that met my criteria asking if they would like to sell - a creative and exceptional method to find my ideal home. When we found my home, Josie walked me through the entire process, from offers to closing, always willing to explain what was happening and breakdown realtor-eze so I could understand it. We closed exactly 30 days after we went into escrow!JOSIE TOOK THE FEAR OUT OF BUYING AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS FUN!

    • Josie Sarullo worked with me over the course of 3-4 months in late 2012 / early 2013 to purchase an investment property in San Diego (3 bedrooms / 2 bath single family residences). When I told her my criteria and price range ($200-300K), she knew that this would be a ton of work given the competitive market and low inventory, but she was up for the challenge. I've worked with many realtors over the years and Josie was by far the hardest working of them all. I had not even decided on which area of town I wanted to buy in, but she spent evenings and weekends driving out and showing me dozens of single family homes all over El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Escondido, Vista, and City Heights. Her knowledge and experience with evaluating potential rental property was quite valuable, since several of the properties had things that would cause future issues for tenants. She warned me in the beginning how competitive it would be and that we'd have to bid on up to 10 homes before landing one due to the short supply in my price range. After about my 6th or 7th offer, we finally struck a deal on a great home in Lemon Grove that was on the market for only 3 days. The negotiation was tough, since it's a seller's market, but we had a long enough due diligence period to work through everything to our satisfaction. Josie even helped me find my first set of tenants by posting ads on Craigslist immediately after the sale. I highly recommend Josie for any future real estate transaction in the San Diego area. You will not be disappointed.

    • Josie Sarullo recently sold a house and special use commercial building (church) for my denomination. I was very fortunate to find Josie and I am thrilled to be able to highly recommend her to others. She was very knowledgeable of the market in Pacific Beach and immediately produced all of the research that I would need in making decisions as we moved forward. Her personality, and charisma are contagious. She was very, very creative and diligent in marketing the properties. Her integrity and forthrightness are impeccable. Some tough negotiations were required with developers and she handled the numerous parties and developers with perseverance and fortitude. A seamless sale and enjoyable experience. Very thankful that I found her to handle my real estate needs in San Diego County. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Dr. Tom 2015

    • Heres the situation: Mother-in-law passed away in San Diego and I was the unlucky member of the family to act as Successor Trustee for the family trust. Since I reside in Texas, I knew that selling her house was going to be a long-distance affair. I was unfamiliar with the San Diego market. I had a million things to do even without selling a house. The family was already receiving low-ball offers for the house the very day after Moms passing. Heres the solution: Like we are always told do, immediately after arriving in San Diego I had intended to interview at least three real estate Agents. Well folks, five minutes after meeting Josie Sarullo at her Prudential office. I tossed all future interviews out the window. Right then and there, I knew in my heart that I had not only the best but the only Agent that I wanted to work with. Reckon I was right on. Due solely to her energy, coaching, and marketing skills, the house sold in a single day at a top-dollar price! I respect and appreciate real people. Josie is REAL. Real in her personality and character, real in her love of what she does, real in her interest in taking care of her client, and real in giving you the best possible service. Bar none. .. 5/2015
