We were not familiar at all with the process of selling our home. Me and my husband had alot of questions and concerns. Josette was always able to answer any questions we had as soon as she could. She explained to us the next steps that were going to happen in the process of selling our home. Josette was very patient and understanding with us. Josette made sure everything went smoothly with the paperwork and the buyer. She was always on top of everything. Josette may everything easy. From the time we went to look at the first place she listened to what was important to me and did not push a sale. When I was excited, she was excited. ?? When we began the process of moving forward I was unsure of the listing price. She got the lender on the phone, negotiated the price with the seller and set me up in a beautiful town home. Almost all of the paperwork was signed electronically which made my hectic work schedule easier. Josette was open to communicate via text/email at many crazy hours of the night when I had questions. Can't say enough good things. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.

My situation was very unique since I was a tenant in the property that I purchased. At first the Realtor representing the seller was also representing me since I didn't have my own Realtor. However, the Realtor representing the seller thought it would be beneficial if I had my own representation and referred Josette who came in and worked her magic. Whenever I had a question she was available, whenever papers needed to be completed and signed she would always explain what they were and on occasion bring them to the house or pick some up so that they got to the right parties. Josette is very knowledgeable, possess the expertise to make any real estate deal run smoothly and her negotiation skills are top notch.
