Josh did a great job communicating, was very patient in answering my laundry list of questions and extremely quick to follow-up whenever I left him a message. Josh's suggested list price was very close to the final sales price & we were under contract in under 2 weeks. Josh was amazing, from the purchase of our home in AZ to the six month turn and sell at a 9 1/2% gain! Being from out of town, our initial purchase was job related and of course retirement, with no definite move date! With no expectations Josh sent daily listings specific to our wants and needs all within our price range, which made it easy to quick view! Consistent listings sent for over a year, no pressures, yet always there to answer any questions about a house, values, areas, points of interest, weather.....etc! Wanting all the best, upgrades, pool, mountains, low assessments, Josh would meet all points and would never waste our time showing us anything less! When the perfect house came up the purchase was timely, and flawless! Still with no initial date to move in, Josh made sure the house was protected, also putting us in contact with maintenance people who were spectacular! Unfortunately our journey took us elsewhere and moving to AZ was not an option at this time, therefore we contacted Josh to sell! Understanding our dilemma Josh took control, listed, sold quickly with a 9 1/2% gain, all completed without us having to go to AZ. Any close issues were quickly addressed and resolved with the help of Josh! Josh is extremely professional, great knowledge of the housing market, efficient, aggressive and dedicated in finding exactly what we wanted in our dream home, great communication at all times, honest, and happy to call him my friend!

Josh did an excellent job selling our home when we had to relocate out of state. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight into what we should do to ensure the house showed as best as possible. He was very responsive and personally took time to answer our questions. Once Josh took over the sale of our home, it sold in less than 2 months.
