Wow!Team Ford is a direct reflection of their name...TEAM!Our home buying journey was nothing shy of "unique" or in other words an uninvited "headache". We were sure no other buyer was dealing with what we did with financing. Team Ford walked with us, "carried us", and taught us throughout the entire process. My fiance and I were in a 2 month crunch to find a house before we got married and Team Ford made it their top priority! Anytime day or night we were able to contact them by phone, text, and email and we got immediate responses.We looked house we wanted to within an hour or less of contacting Team Ford or a time was scheduled as soon as possible. Many times we were the first to see a house as soon as it was put on market. I would even get text on homes that they knew I would want to see before I ever got to my email to see newly listed houses. They are very proactive! Homes were going so quickly that Team Ford had a contract ready to go when we found a house we loved and we put the contract in before ever leaving the house! Team Ford really took interest in finding us a home and not a house. They pointed out any potential problems, were great negotiators, and explained every step of buying a home to us. It is obvious they care about their customers and their concerns when buying a house. Team Ford does not try to sell houses they specialize in finding a place to call home :) In the end, my fiance and I decided we wanted to rent for a the first year because we were about to have our wedding and start back to work. Team Ford didn't skip a beat and still made us a priority. They showed us every rent house we wanted to see and in less than a week of looking and negotiate prices down, we have keys to our very first HOME!! Excellent! From the beginning I felt like I could trust Josiah and my confidence never wavered. He never gave me a reason to doubt him. He is professional and anticipated our needs. We had a contract to buy a house he showed us; however, the property did not appraise. We were protected by the appraisal clause that he insisted we include in our contract. His extensive industry and market knowledge guided us and helped us avoid pitfalls in this competitive market. Even when our plans changed he was responsive and adapted quickly. We decided to rent after our contract fell through and within a week he helped us find a great house in the area we wanted to live in with a great elementary school.
