Jovena Sanders

I was the property Buyer for one of her listings. I was dismayed at the lack of professionalism displayed by Ms. Sanders. From the start it was apparent that Ms. Sanders failed to provide her clients (the Sellers) with proper and timely guidance. As a result, there were unnecessary delays in the process - for example responses to direct questions (we would have to wait several days for a simple yes or no response), signed documents and task completion. My Realtor remained diligent in her efforts to progress despite the negative and potentially slanderous comments written and stated by Ms. Sanders. At the close, Ms. Sanders was condescending and dismissive to my husband. I don’t have any view to how the Seller’s perceived her efforts as she rushed her Sellers away – probably hoping to prevent us from conveying our extreme displeasure with her and comparing notes. I have purchased and sold many properties previously and working with Ms. Sanders was the worst ever. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with her going forward – as the Seller or Buyer.
