As a first time home buyer, Joy has been a Godsend! I stumbled upon her services by chance, but it has been nothing short of fate. From our first meeting to our last transaction, Joy went out of her way to explain the entire home buying process from start to finish. We were very pleased with Joy Haskins' work in selling a rental condo for us this summer. She was knowledgeable of the New Carrollton area and clientele. She spoke and presented herself well. She took on the role of Project Manager to identify and manage the various contractors needed to get the condo in better condition to maximize potential offers.
