Joy. Her first name could not be more perfect. Joy is hard-working; has positive energy for days, and she is a consummate professional in the luxury real estate market. Joy is what I like to call a "change agent." This is a real estate agent who deeply understands the fundamentals of real estate with years of experience/success but also grasps and is learning new tactics; such as, utilizing social media to leverage her listings and get more exposure and maximum returns for her sellers.
