I can honestly say Juan went over and above what I asked for everything in the process of buying my home. I have to tell anyone reading reviews about Juan that he's the best! I interviewed many listing realtors before I selected their firm. The feeling I got from all the other candidates was that they "just wanted the listing" but didn't have a plan. Juan "gets it". He knew the market and the performed all the steps needed to get me $20,000 over listing price and $30,000 over the other offers. AND sold it in 9 days with extensive social media coverage and 4 incredibly busy open houses on back to back weekends. His listing and selling skills paid off even more when they found the "perfect" buyer for my house because of their responsiveness to a phone call and ended up handling both the listing and sale of my home. He kept every step needed to close escrow on schedule and were present for all inspections. They got the buyer an awesome value and exceeded my expectations every step along the way. My husband and I were considering buying our first home at the beginning of this year.
