Juan Torres

JC is an excellent agent. He is considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and I wouldrecommend him to anyone who wants to sell their home in a timely matter.

Experience, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, he educated meon many things I didnt know about, was transparent, and his communication throughoutthe entire 6-month process of working together was clear and immediate. JC gave us many options and was quick to inquire, accommodate, and negotiate on our behalf. Hisknowledge in the industry helped me learn valuable information ahead of time that helpme void major headache. JC is a true seasoned professional who always goes above andbeyond to deliver excellent service.

JC was very professional and understood our need to sell our house along withunderstanding the market. JC provided information on houses on the market that were for sale or had sold that were comparable to our house. We had a contract on the house in less than 48 hours and JC advised us at every step along the way. The money paid to Century 21King was well worth it we were extremely happy with the close of the house within 4 weeks. JC was a great realtor that I would be proud to refer to friends for house sales or rentals; in fact we have forwarded JCs information to a colleague. I would work with JC again for any house purchase or sale!

JC Torres did an outstanding job marketing our house and getting us through the settlement process. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

"JC Torres was outstanding! He was the only agent that responded to me from multipleproperty inquiries. We could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable, moreaccommodating agent. JC went over and beyond to help us find our home and wecannot thank him enough. His outstanding abilities were surely appreciated and we will use him again if the need arises in the future. We will definitely share his name with other people too. We thank you for having such a great agent, but also someone we nowconsider a friend.

We have recommended JC to a few of our friends and would encourage anyoneseeking the services of a real estate agent to speak with him. You will find him to bevery knowledgeable, professional and willing to serve you.
