Judah Klein

I am military and have bought and sold several houses, this by far was the worst experience. I do not recommend Judah for more than one reason. The day he listed my property he went on vacation with out scheduling open houses, everyone in real estate knows the first week is the most crucial. He was hard to get ahold of that first week and did not give a contact number of any other agent to fill in for him. I was not living at the property and he said he would have someone maintain the pool, that was never done. After showings he would not go check the property to make sure all lights were off and doors were locked. My neighbors would go by or the pool people I had maintaining the pool after I realized he did not take care of it told me all my lights were left on and my doors were unlocked. He could have countered our appraisal and didnt, so we sold our house for less than the house (same floor plan) down the street that was outdated, water damaged, no boat lift ect for much less. Day of closing we were rushed by Judah and his broker Patti. Please look else where and save yourself the headache.
