It had been almost 30 years since we had bought our last house. We knew things had greatly changed and wondered if we were up to the challenge of downsizing. Having Judy and Rob work with us and guide us through the process was such a gift. They were beside us each step of the way. It was such a relief to have our many questions answered, some even before we asked. From beginning to end, they were a huge support. My journey working with Judy and Rob Caton began over a year ago after my children decided it was time I move to Maryland to be closer to my family. This was a very difficult decision since I love where I live. However, Judy understood this was a life changing decision for me and would contact my daughter whenever a condo became available in the community I decided would be a perfect place to begin a new chapter in my life. Judy's patience finally paid off since I decided to take the leap and make the move to a wonderful condo. She walked me through every step of the way...constant communication helped me whenever I had doubts as well as walking me through the never ending paperwork. Judy's knowledge, compassion, and empathy is everything a client would want! It was a pleasure to work with Judy and Rob.

Judy and Rob listened to what we were looking for, and showed us several communities in Howard County that met our needs. Once we decided on a condo, they were very professional and efficient during the process of buying the condo, as well as selling our previous home. Whenever problems came up, Judy took the initiative to keep the process moving, even keeping the buyer's agent for our previous home on track! They were very helpful and understanding, especially since we had not bought or sold a home in over 32 years and were unfamiliar with all of the required paperwork. They helped negotiate a good price for the purchase of the condo. And we were able to sell our previous home for what we were asking. We would highly recommend Judy and Rob. As Judy often said, she and Rob are "old school" in the realty business (meaning they are thorough, efficient, understanding, respectful, patient, and do things the right way)!

We met Judy and Rob and decided immediately they would be the ideal agents to work with us to help us sell our house (where we had lived for 44 years) so we could move into a Continuing Community Residence. The entire process took only four months from start to finish and she assisted us through each step with kindness, understanding and total professionalism. We are so pleased with our new home and lifestyle and thank Judy and Rob immensely for their contribution in helping us achieve this goal.

We have two daughters in Ellicott City, Md. who were encouraging us to move there from our condo in Ohio. I met Judy and Rob in late June. I emailed Judy one night and she immediately called me the next morning. She was so kind and helpful! We made tentative arrangements for late July when we would be in Md. Judy followed up at that time and our daughter & I met Judy & Rob who took us to condos in the Elkridge and Ellicott City areas. We narrowed it down to two developments in close proximity to both of our daughters. She was so faithful & kept in contact via email and phone while we were at the ocean. My husband can no longer see well and was a little more apprehensive about the move. Judy was very attentive to his needs when showing him the condos. Since we were out of state they directed us to a loan officer and to insurance companies. Therir advice and choices were excellent. We are grateful that we found Judy and Rob and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home or condo, especially those in our age group.

Margie and I had been talking about moving to downsize, simplify, and cut my daily commute. Margie found Judy and Rob Caton and talked with them on the phone several times. We setup an appointment to look at some homes. When we met, they had 5 properties to show. They understood what we were looking for and were quite patient with our many questions.
